  • How to stop “muscling through” life — and start moving from a place of flow

We'll incorporate:

  • Somatic grounding to unwind the tension you didn’t know you were holding

  • Sound therapy to soften your energetic edges and deepen your presence

  • Optional journaling prompts to reconnect with your definition of enoughness
